Payment:
All prices are quoted in Euros or US Dollars.
Payments can be made online by credit card and are fully secured system through PAYPAL platform.
You don’t need to create a Paypal account to make your payment, but you can of course choose to use it if you have one.
In accordance with European Directive 2000/31/EC on certain aspects of the electronic commerce, the placing of an order implies acceptance by the customer resulting in the formation of the contract and final acceptance by the customer of the prices and descriptions of the available products for sale as well as all terms and conditions of sale.

Prices and delivery :
Orders will be sent to France by recommended Colissimo the shipment will be charge 10 euros, orders to Europe and the rest of the world will be sent Colissimo International and will be charge 18 euros.
Once your order is registered, it will be confirmed by an email and shipped in most cases within 5-8 working days.
All orders are shipped from Paris, by La Poste Colissimo with an insurance for France. Fees are based on the amount, and you can see them in the payment details of your shopping cart. Delivery times are 3 to 5 working days for worldwide, after the confirmation.

Delivery problems :
1 / delivery problems due to carrier
In the case of a dispatch by post, if the package arrives damaged or opened (especially with the presence of yellow tape “La Poste”) it is necessary for the client to establish the factor or the post office which he depends on a “damage” (report 170) so that the company “Adeline Affre” may open an investigation and compensation procedure.
The customer must confirm this problem by sending the carrier within two business days following the date of delivery with acknowledgment of receipt stating such claims.
The customer will simultaneously transmit a copy of this letter (with the original “damage” if applicable) by mail to: the company “Adeline Affre” 36 rue réaumur – 75003 Paris – France.
Any claims received after the deadline will be rejected.
2/Delivery problem due to a delivery error – non-compliant products
The customer must make to the company “Adeline Affre”, on the day of delivery or later than the first business day following delivery, any claim of error of delivery and / or non-conformity of goods in kind or as compared to the instructions on the order form. Any claims made beyond this time will be rejected without recourse.

Any claim which will not be made in the rules defined above and within the time limits, could not be taken into account and release the company “Adeline Afire” from any responsibility.
Any product for exchange or refund must be returned within 7 working days of receipt of the agreement back from the company “Adeline Afire” in its entirety and in its original packaging in perfect condition, in Colissimo with insurance in the market value of products returned to the following address: 36 rue Adeline Affre réaumur 75003 paris – France. To be accepted, any return must be reported in advance to the company “Adeline Affre”

Returns, exchanges & refunds :
In accordance with the provision of the Consumer Code on distance selling (french Articles L121-16 of consumption), you have the option to withdraw without having to show any reason, without penalty, only Return costs are at your charge. The law provides that the buyer of a product has to do this within seven / 7 working days after delivery. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
Beyond that date, the company “Adeline Affre” will be free to refuse an exchange or refund. The return costs are your responsibility, but the shipping will not be invoiced in case of exchange. For sale items or enjoying a discount, you will receive a credit on account of a future purchase.
